Return and Refund Policy

At Pitvex, we strive for satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make use of our return and refund policy as described below.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within the reflection period.

2. International shipping and import costs
Pitvex sells products to customers in multiple countries. Our orders are shipped from an international warehouse outside the European Union.

As a result, import duties, VAT or other customs charges may be applied by local authorities in certain countries. Any such costs are outside the control of Pitvex and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We advise customers to inform themselves in advance about the applicable import regulations in the destination country.

3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and complete

  • The product should, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging

  • Products showing signs of use, damage or missing parts may be refused or only partially refunded

  • Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered

4. Costs and responsibility for return shipping

  • The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend sending the return using a track & trace shipping method

  • Pitvex is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transport

5. Return procedure
Returns can only be registered via email.

Steps:

  • Send an email to info@pitvex.com with your order number and return request

  • You will receive further return instructions from us

  • After receipt and inspection of the product, you will be informed about the handling of your return

6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

If the entire order is cancelled within the statutory withdrawal period, the standard shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded.

7. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear is not covered by the return policy

  • Products that do not meet the return conditions may be refused
