At Pitvex, we do our utmost to process orders carefully and deliver them to our customers as smoothly as possible. In this shipping policy, you’ll find all information regarding processing, shipping and delivery.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within the processing time stated on the website.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code, where available.
2. Delivery and delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout. These delivery times are indicative.
As Pitvex works with international logistics partners, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Pitvex is not liable for delays that are outside its control.
3. International shipping and import costs
Pitvex offers products in multiple countries. Our orders are shipped from an international warehouse outside the European Union.
As a result, VAT, import duties or other customs charges may be applied by local authorities in the destination country. Any such costs are outside the control of Pitvex and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping costs
Any shipping costs will always be clearly displayed during checkout.
Promotions or offers with free shipping will be explicitly stated on the website.
5. Incorrect address details or failed delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete address details when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or because the recipient is unavailable, any costs for reshipping may be charged to the customer.
6. Damaged or missing shipments
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product has arrived damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

7. Loss or theft during transit
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk during transport lies with the carrier.
Pitvex is not liable for loss or theft during transit but will, where possible, liaise with the carrier to help find a solution.
