Terms and Conditions – Pitvex

By using the Pitvex website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Pitvex and to every distance agreement concluded between Pitvex and the consumer.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and information
We make every effort to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Images and product descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly in detail or colour from the actual product.

Obvious mistakes, typographical errors or inaccuracies on the website do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.

3. Prices and payments
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Pitvex sells products to customers in multiple countries. Our orders are shipped from an international warehouse outside the European Union. As a result, VAT, import duties or other customs charges may be applied by local authorities in the destination country. These costs are outside the control of Pitvex and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Delivery and shipping
Orders are processed within the processing time stated on the website and shipped according to the indicated delivery times.

Delivery times are indicative. Delays caused by transport, customs inspections or other external factors may occur and are outside the responsibility of Pitvex.

5. International shipping and risk
As our products are shipped internationally, delays or additional costs may occur in exceptional cases due to customs procedures or local regulations. Pitvex is not liable for these and cannot influence them.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
For information on the right of withdrawal and returns, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

7. Warranty and liability
Pitvex guarantees that delivered products meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer.

Warranty is excluded in cases of:

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage caused by improper or careless use

  • damage caused by modifications to the product

Pitvex is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

8. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period after discovery and must be clearly described via:

We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

9. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and other content on the website are the property of Pitvex and may not be used, copied or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Force majeure
Pitvex is not obliged to fulfil its obligations if prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, government measures or transport issues.

11. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, they will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Amendments
Pitvex reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The most current version will always be available on the website.
